Banana Blueberry Yogurt Pound Cake 香蕉蓝莓优格磅蛋糕 （中英加图对照食谱）

I haven't bake a pound cake for quite some time and decided to try a new flavour. Since I've got honey greek yogurt, bananas and blueberries at home, I decided to combine these ingredients to bake a healthy one, at the same time try out my new Mastrad Savarin Cake pan. This cake turns out moist even though butter is cut substantially. This is due to the generous amount of Greek-style yogurt and mashed bananas which are healthy substitutes for fat in this recipe.

Banana Nutella Pound Cake 香蕉榛果巧克力酱磅蛋糕 （中英食谱教程）

I don't know about you but I love Sara Lee's pound cakes since I was a child and would always eat it together with a cup of fresh milk. Three months ago, I shared my 'Marble Chocolate Pound Cake ' and it was super well received as many who have baked it feedback that it tasted exactly like Sara Lee's marble pound cake.

As I had some full ripe bananas sitting on my wet kitchen counter top, I was thinking if I should use it to bake my all time favourite 'Banana Cake' (this is another highly recommended cake which many of my readers have tried and feedback that it is so soft and fluffy) or try something new. Then that big bottle of Nutella caught my sight... and here you are a Banana Nutella pound cake which is fragrant and tasty!

从小就爱吃莎莉蛋糕，前阵子做的“大理石巧克力磅蛋糕”很受欢迎，许多读者试了，反馈味道很像莎莉的大理石蛋糕。


因为看到厨房还剩几条熟透的香蕉，就在想，要不要拿来做我最喜欢又强力推荐的“香蕉蛋糕”（质感超柔软又蓬松!）或是尝试其他没做过的糕点。想着想着就看到那大瓶的榛果巧克力酱......就把香蕉榛果巧克力酱磅蛋糕给做出来了，味道又香又美味！

Banana Yogurt Streusel Muffins​ ​香蕉优格​沙波罗马芬​ （中英食谱教程）

I have enjoyed hosting the 'Little Thumbs Up' Yogurt event this month and it is coming to an end in two days time. I am happy to have made some new blogger friends during this event and I want to thank all my blogger friends who have supported me by sharing their wonderful yogurt recipes. Homemade Leopard Print Tokyo Banana- 自制豹纹东京香蕉蛋糕（中英食谱）

The first time I heard of Tokyo Banana was before I went for my vacation in Osaka in 2013, my nephew Darren had asked me to buy it if I see it in Osaka. Unfortunately, I could not find it in Osaka, not even at the Kansai International Airport.

Tokyo Banana (東京ばな奈) is a Japanese souvenir sweet of Tokyo, a banana shaped sweet full of banana custard wrapped in a fluffy sponge. It is considered a top souvenir and must buy when one visits Tokyo.

I happened to see a homemade version of the Tokyo banana at a chinese blog recently and decided to give it a try. Please pardon my not so nice drawing of the leopard print on my first attempt. Nonetheless, the taste is good and not too sweet like the original version. The kids love it and we finished the 9 pieces all in one go!

Highly recommended Super Soft Fluffy Banana Cupcakes 强力推荐超柔软蓬松香蕉小蛋糕 （中英食谱）

The week did not start well for me, I woke up with a viral fever on Monday morning with weak limbs and achy body, I felt lousy as all I could do was sleep and sleep and sleep almost the whole day for the past few days! How miserable!!! Felt better this morning and decided to bake my family's favourite banana cake but in cupcake form. We simply love the ultra soft and fluffy texture! Chill it in the fridge and it is so moist and fluffy, taste even better! Those who have tried it love it just as much as we do and I hope you like it too!
